South Atlantic Petroleum (SAPETRO) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Chukwuemeke Anagbogu as Managing Director.

Emeke joins SAPETRO with an extensive background in the oil and gas industry with over 30 years’ experience that include upstream operations, non-operated ventures and oilfield services. He has worked in various locations, including Nigeria, Congo, the Netherlands and the United States of America. His experience includes more than two decades working with the Shell Oil Group at various levels

Emeke holds a B.Sc. (First Class Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan and a Masters in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston. He is a certified Completion Engineer and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

In his role as Managing Director, his responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the company and ensuring business growth and profitability.
