Toyin is an Oil & Gas engineering and commercial professional who worked with Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited at various levels for over two decades and later ran the affairs of Shell Nigeria Gas Limited as Managing Director for over 5 years. He also served on the board of Gas Aggregation Company of Nigeria Limited, a company responsible for managing domestic gas supply and utilization in Nigeria.

Toyin holds a B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Ife (now known as Obafemi Awolowo University) and has attended a number of professional and leadership courses both local and abroad.

Toyin is responsible for strategic business management, overall commercial and technical performance value realization & optimization from development and exploitation of company assets, ensuring business growth and profitability
